    Luke ‘Parko’ Parkinson is sporting a painful looking bloody nose this morning after smacking himself in the face with the metal end of a halyard during a routine manoeuvre last night. In the early hours of this morning the team’s onboard medic Phil ‘Wendy’ Harmer patched Parko up with Steri-Strips, and when dawn broke the Australian was back in action at the helm of Azzam steering her towards Newport
